Tatsuo’s is the absolute best! They have daily specials that change every day, not the same old things day after day.
Their dishes are delicious, their prices are very fair, their portions are huge and their customer service is above and beyond the best!
I introduce my friends to Tatsuo’s and they also become frequent, loyal customers too!

My husband and I went here for breakfast after picking up our rental car at the airport. We chose this restaurant because it was on Google as a “place the locals eat”. We were also trying to avoid the high prices in Waikiki. The parking was a little rough due to its location. However, what it lacked in parking, it definitely made up for in food quality and quantity! The owners were incredibly friendly and even offered suggestions for things to do during our vacation. We got the Samurai breakfast and the two egg omelet and were both stuffed after. We definitely recommend it to start your day!!
For us it’s all about the C-O-N-V-E-N-I-E-N-C-E here!! The food tasting great along with the friendly service is just bonus!!
FOOD: Got daily specials that rotate everyday plus some that are just cause. Along with the main item you have a choice between Mac Salad and Toss Salad plus you get to choose a side (some days get kimchee, tsukemono, carrots with ranch dressing, etc which is always changing too). So it’s hard to get tired of the same thing here. Plus the baked goods are ono (delicious) too.
CONVENIENCE: Since we come at lunch time it’s nice to be able to grab and go so we are able to get back to the office fast. We are able to accomplish this because they have a nice selection of items available in warmers (bonus that you get to see what it looks like).
PARKING: 5 parking stalls. Just a heads up there is no handicap parking.
